Ingredient List (Single Cup 700ml)
1. Passion Fruit Puree / Concentrated Passion Fruit Juice: 70g (Extract the pulp from the fresh fruit and use 80g)
2. Jasmine Green Tea Syrup: 80ml (Decoct lightly, without overpowering the fruit aroma)
3. Sugar: 30–38g (Passion fruit has a high acidity, adjust according to ripeness; fresh fruit is recommended at 35g)
4. Ice Cubes: 260g (Main ingredient for the ice cream)
5. Watermelon Burst Beads: 50g (Bottom layer for decoration, core burst beads for the core flavor)
6. Lemon Juice: 5g (Enhance the fruit aroma, moderate the fermentation flavor, a small amount!)
7. Salted Cheese Whipped Cream: 40–50g (Top layer)
8. Decorations: A small amount of passion fruit seeds / mint leaves (optional)

Production Steps
1. Base Layer: Add 50g of melon burst beads to the serving cup for later use.
2. Blend Smoothie: Put passion fruit puree + sugar + lemon juice + jasmine tea infusion + all ice cubes into the blender. Blend at high speed for 25-35 seconds until it becomes smooth and fine without large ice particles.
3. Pour into Cup: Slowly pour the blended passion fruit smoothie into the cup, filling it to about 80%.
4. Cover with Cheese Cream: Slowly drizzle the cheese cream along the cup wall. You can lightly sprinkle freeze-dried passion fruit pieces on the surface for decoration.
