Single cup ingredients (700ml)
Jasmine cold tea infusion 120ml
Guava puree (red flesh guava is preferred) 50ml
Sugar syrup 20–30ml (adjust sweetness according to the sweetness of the guava)
Ice cubes 240g
Watermelon burst beads 50g
Cheese cream topping 40–50g
Optional: Guava slices / Watermelon fruit pieces as top decoration

1.Base layer: Place 50g of watermelon burst beads at the bottom of the serving cup for later use.
2. Ingredients for ice cream maker: Pour in jasmine green tea soup, guava fruit puree, sugar syrup, and all ice cubes.
3. Blend ice cream: Use the ice cream mode to blend for 25 to 35 seconds to create a smooth and dense ice cream without making it too liquid.
4. Pour into cup: Pour the ice cream into the cup until it is 80% full.
5. Spread cheese cream topping: Slowly pour the chilled cheese cream topping over the cup, with a thickness of about 1 cm at the edge.
6. Decoration (optional): Place a thin slice of guava on the top of the cup for decoration, and it's done.
